    “I have no idea.” I say softly. It’s the first time that someone has presented another option in my life and Sebastiana isn’t wrong. What if I am mated to a second son? Or maybe not an Alpha at all. What would I do? What skills would I bring to that mate bond?


    “Maybe start thinking about it. When do you go to the Academy?” she asks me

    “I think he does with Shane. He’s good about giving us individual time. Like I said, he’s pretty perfect.”

    She pours each of us a ss and we each take a seat. I sit in a chair, and they sit on the love seat.


    “So, you want to tell me what that was about earlier?” Alpha Christina asks her daughter.


    “I wanted to find out if Shane and I werepatible so we can be partners at the Academy.”
