There was something about Luna Mia telling me that my father <b>barely </b>passed the Academy that flipped something in my head. All my life, I’ve been trying to please a man who wasn’t able to be pleased. Not because of anything that I’ve done, but because he knows that it wouldn’t take much for me to be a better Alpha than he is.
