    Since someone was helping her behind the scenes, why wouldn’t she take advantage of that window to expand and strengthen thepany?


    That was exactly why Aurora had gotten used to ying offense.


    If otherpanies didn’t dare touch Walton Corporation, of course she would make full use of that


    loophole.


    But then Joseph had the nerve to be so brazen.


    Aurora really was curious–who gave him that kind of courage?


    A glint of intrigue shed in her eyes.


    Clearly, she was genuinely interested in Joseph’s recent behavior.


    And that woman–if she got the chance, Aurora would definitely pay her a visit.


    Meanwhile, on Lucas‘ side, after leaving Walton Corporation, he drove straight to Vanguard Group.


    Now that Aurora had adapted to the pace at Walton Corporation, he didn’t have anything left to worry about.


    He knew Aurora was just going through a short adjustment period.


    Given a bit of time, she’d bounce back quickly.


    Lucas also understood that Aurora’s biggest hurdle right now was her inability to talk things through with Grace.


    Once that knot was untangled, there’d be nothing left to fear.
