    “Alright, I understand.”


    Lucas said seriously, “But if anything happens, you have to tell me I’ll always be on your side.”


    Aurora could see the sincerity in his eyes and understood what he meant.


    Her heart warmed, and the smile on her face grew softer.

    But he still didn’t reveal his identity.


    Looking into Aurora’s hopeful eyes, he couldn’t help but feel the timing just wasn’t right.


    He didn’t dare take the risk.
