Chapter 302
Both of them turned their heads at the same time, only to see Tessa standing there, her face zing with anger, with Rachel trailing right behind her.
Aurora arched an eyebrow, instinctively ncing at Julian.
Was this their setup?
How else could it be such a convenient coincidence?
Tessa just happened to show up with Rachel and caught her fiancé with another woman, right in the act?
The whole scene looked suspiciously like a premeditated ambush.
So naturally, Aurora began to suspect a trap.
But just a secondter, she realized she might have been wrong.
Jur–Tessa.
“T–Tessa… what are you doing here?” Julian stammered, more panicked than Aurora.
He was clearly even more rattled by Tessa’s sudden appearance.
Damn it. Why did she have to show up now?
He hadn’t even figured out how to bring this up to her, and now she’d caught him red–handed.
Sweat beaded on his forehead as his mind raced for a way out.
Tessa marched toward them with Rachel in tow, her eyes shing with unmistakable jealousy.
But on the surface, she kept her tone to simple questioning.
“You’re asking me why I’m here? Shouldn’t I be the one asking what the hell you’re doing behind my back?”
Rachel chimed in right on cue. “Exactly. Don’t tell me there’s someone here who still doesn’t know Julian is Tessa’s fiancé?”
She cast a mocking nce at Aurora, sizing her up.
As much as she disliked this woman, even Rachel had to admit that Aurora was stunning.
With nothing more than light makeup, she still radiated elegance. She looked detached from all the drama yet somehowmanded all the attention in the room.
Aurora raised a brow again andzily shifted her gaze to Rachel.
So, this woman still had the nerve to show her face?
And still followed Tessa around like some clueless sidekick?
Was this woman actually an idiot?
“What’s wrong? Already forgot how painful it wasst time?” Aurora’s voice was calm and unhurried, but it was enough to shut Rachel up immediately.
She hadn’t forgotten the way Aurora had put her in her ce thest time.
She only dared to open her mouth just now because she had Tessa to back her up. A ssic case of bullying under someone else’s
name.
Rachel mumbled a weak rebuttal, “Well, you were in the wrong to begin with. Don’t act like you’ve got the moral high ground!”
Julian had initially been worried that Tessa might embarrass him in public.
But after observing for a bit, he realized all they were doing was bickering,
Nothing too dramatic was actually happening
And strangely enough, having three women focused on him this way stirred something smug inside him.

So instead of stepping in, he stood there watching the scene unfold–oddly entertained.
“Oh,e on now, don’t fight. This isn’t a good look. Let’s all calm down,” he said, pretending to mediate, but made no real effort to stop anything.
He just pped his mouth while staying leisurely on the sidelines.
Aurora noticed exactly what he was doing, and it instantly soured her mood.
So, this man was enjoying the show?
Without hesitation, she kicked him hard in the leg. “What the hell are you so pleased about?”
“You think this is fun? What exactly are you getting out of this? Don’t forget the disgusting things you said to me. I don’t mind showing them exactly what kind of person you really are.”
She held up her phone and gave it a shake in front of him.
Beforeing, she’d brought a hidden camera, just in case Julian pulled anything shady.
Ever since what happened back at the Walton estate, Aurora hadpletely stopped trusting him.
