Except for the sales girl who lookedpletely disturbed, everyone else started pping for Tyler.[]

Even though I’d mentally prepared myself, seeing Tyler and Madison going at it still felt like a knife to the chest.

Tyler’s eyes filled with pure adoration as he kissed her back for like three straight minutes.[]
Everyone else started defending Madison too:]
“For real! If Madison had just spoken up sooner, that broke ass Sophie never would’ve had a chance.“]
“Poor Madison’s been suffering in silence while Sophie acts all high and mighty. Remember how she treated Madison the other day? Tyler, you gotta get her back for that.“]
Tyler pulled back, breathing hard:[]}

“Tomorrow’s your daughter’s hundred–day party, right? Just don’t show up. Let Sophie handle all the guests and the baby by herself. She’ll be exhausted as fuck!“]

“Maybe Sophie needs to learn her lesson. Stop giving me attitude all the time.“[]
I stayed hidden by the door, recording everything.[]
When Caleb saw the footage, he mmed his fist on the table:[]
“Fuck their little fantasy! No way in hell we’re throwing a party for their bastard kid. Sophie, let’s just skip tomorrow.“[]

I smiled:[]
“They want to get me back? I’ll give them all the back they should got–right in front of everyone.“[]
The next day, as soon as I walked into the reserved private room.]
My mother–inw came over holding the baby, looking pissed:]]
“Sophie, what the hell was that about having some stranger dump my granddaughter on us? Trying to force us to babysit or something?<b>” </b>
“Where’s Tyler? Did you throw some jealous fit about him and Madison again? Those two have been best friends since they were little–it’s totally innocent. You’re the one always starting drama.”
“Marrying my sessful son is the best thing that ever happened to you<b>. </b>Call Tyler right now and apologize, then take care of your own damn kid, or I’ll make him divorce you!”
All the rtives and friends started nodding and agreeing.[]
I smiled and said:
“You’re absolutely right. I totally misunderstood them.“[]

Then I pressed the tiny remote in my hand.[]
