He simply replied, “Alright.”
“Whatever happens between you <b>two</b>, ligure it out yourselves. I don’t <b>want </b>to be involved.”

Seeing her face remain unchanged, he continued, “Missy’s trending. Want to take a look?”
“How is that supposed to be good news?”
Eliza pulled out her phone. Halbert added, “I <b>heard </b>you used to care quite <b>a </b>bit about Missy: Normally, <b>you </b><b>don’t </b>wear makeup, but there’s a ton of Missy’s new products at home now. Plus, you were getting pretty close with Missy’s brand ambassador recently, I figured you’d be curious about what I had to say.”
Eliza had always <b>known </b>Halbert was observant, but she hadn’t realized he was this detail–oriented.
Though she had brought Missy’s makeup home, she’d just tossed them casually on the vanity. No one would’ve noticed it was Missy’s stuff without a <b>close </b><b>look </b>
