?Chapter 1191:
Dn let out a low chuckle and rested his chin on the top of her head, clearly just as content as she was.
He soaked in the silence, not wanting to move. Honestly, if he had it his way, he’d stay wrapped up with Christina all day. He didn’t want to be anywhere else—definitely not at work.
Nothing out therepared to being with her. She was his whole world now.
Then suddenly, Christina’s stomach growled, totally ruining the moment.
She bit her lip and peeked up at him, a little embarrassed.
Their eyes met, his full of warmth and amusement.
“Hungry?” Dn asked, his voice low and a little rough with sleep—enough to send shivers down her spine. Just hearing him speak like that intoxicated her.
“Yeah,” Christina admitted, shing him a bashful smile as she snuggled closer without even realizing it.
She only ever acted this soft and yful around Dn. He brought out a side of her no one else could.
And to him, she was everything. He couldn’t get over how cute she was—it melted him every time.
“What would you like to eat? I’ll make it,” he murmured, pulling her in tighter and breathing in the scent of her hair.
He seriously could’ve stayed like that forever, as if she was the sweetest drug.
“Hmm… suddenly I want some spaghetti,” Christina said, her tone light and teasing without even meaning to be.
“Spaghetti it is. Go get ready, I’ll start cooking,” Dn replied, brushing her hair back gently.
“Okay!” She perked up, gave him a quick kiss, and dashed into the bathroom.
???????? ???????????????? ???????????? ???? ?????????ν?????????????
Dn watched her go, his grin stretching wider.
He touched his lips where she’d kissed him, still smiling to himself, then got up to start on breakfast.
In the dining room.
Dn had just ced a te of steaming spaghetti on the table when Christina came down the stairs.
“Whoa, that smells incredible! I could’ve sworn I smelled it all the way up,” she said, taking a deep breath, her mouth already watering.
The aroma was seriously enticing—way better than anything she’d had in any restaurant.
Just catching that aroma made her stomach rumble even worse.
“Go ahead, dig in,” Dn said, passing her a fork with a soft smile, his eyes hopeful.
“Alright.” Christina grabbed the fork, twirled the spaghetti, and took a big bite.
But almost instantly, her face shifted.
