    Xiang Yu and Tie Zhuzi went to meet Jackson. The situation around them was getting increasingly tense, and they had to quickly establish the base.


    Jackson locked himself in the room, drafting blueprints and kept mumbling continuously.


    "No, no, there’s a geological problem."


    Xiang Yu and Tie Zhuzi just walked in when they heard him mumbling.


    "What’s wrong? What’s the problem?" Xiang Yu walked over and asked.


    Seeing Xiang Yu, Jackson finally replied, "I’ve roughly surveyed the geology here. It’s not suitable for building a base."


    "Why isn’t it suitable? Isn’t it the same everywhere?" Tie Zhuzi quickly asked.


    "There’s oil underneath." Jackson sighed.


    Xiang Yu’s expression shifted, and he quickly nced around before saying to Tie Zhuzi, "Go outside and keep watch. Don’t let anyone get close."


    Tie Zhuzi understood the seriousness of the matter and nodded before heading out.


    "Are you sure?" Xiang Yu asked Jackson.


    Jackson nodded thoughtfully and said, "Absolutely sure, building an underground base here would be very challenging."


    Jackson was focused on the construction issue, not the oil, which made Xiang Yu a bit speechless.


    "Can we build the base underground and simultaneously extract the oil?" Xiang Yu suggested.


    Jackson was taken aback, then quickly nodded, "That’s a good idea. I’ll need to recalcte, but the construction costs will increase."


    "Don’t worry about that. Just design it; I’ll handle everything else." Xiang Yu assured.


    "How should we proceed?" Jackson pondered seriously with a pen in hand.


    "Don’t tell anyone about the oil here." Xiang Yu reminded.


    Jackson ignored him, focusing on his own thoughts.


    Knowing Jackson’s nature, Xiang Yu didn’t say more and walked out.


    "Assign people to protect this ce, and don’t let anyone interact with Jackson." Xiang Yu said sternly.


    Tie Zhuzi responded and set about making arrangements.


    The most crucial thing now was to get the base built. Xiang Yu had considerable confidence in Jackson’s design.


    Once the base is built, they won’t fear threats from anyone.


    Around noon, Xiang Yu’s phone rang; it was a call from Wang Qian.


    "Xiang Yu, do you have time this afternoon? Some people want to meet you." Wang Qian said directly.


    "Who are they?" Xiang Yu asked.


    "Some organization leaders." Wang Qian replied.


    Xiang Yu thought for a moment and agreed, "I’lle over this afternoon."


    Xiang Yu was gradually approaching the core of the matter, feeling a bit relieved that the task given by Number One was finally showing progress.


    Tie Zhuzi came to Xiang Yu and said, "Brother Yu, everything’s arranged. Aside from us, no one, not even Long Wu, can get close to Jackson."


    Xiang Yu nodded, "How’s Xiao Xuan doing?"


    "He hasn’t contacted us yet." Tie Zhuzi replied.


    The two chatted casually and then returned to Xiang Yu’s residence, which Wang Qian had renovated, including a newfortable bed.


    "Brother Yu, are you going out?" Tie Zhuzi chuckled.


    "No, I’m going to sleep." Xiang Yu said, lying down directly on the bed.


    "Want to sleep together? This bed’s reallyfortable." Tie Zhuzi said, jumping onto the bed as well.


    "Get lost, go check on Jieke, that guy’s good. Make sure to train him well." Xiang Yu said, kicking Tie Zhuzi off the bed.


    Tie Zhuzi sighed, then said, "I’ll find Long Wu, she’s so biased. I want a bed like this too."


    Xiang Yu ignored him and fell into a deep sleep.


    When he woke up, it was already five in the afternoon. He sat up and called Wang Qian.


    "Are all the leaders here?" Xiang Yu asked.


    "Get over here. We’re all waiting for you, and you’re not answering the phone." Wang Qian said irritably.


    "My phone was out of credit; just recharged it." Xiang Yu said casually.


    "Stop messing around and get here fast." Wang Qian said, and then hung up.


    Xiang Yu checked his phone, seeing ten missed calls.


    He summoned two guards, drove to Wang Qian’s base. He was already familiar with the route, and Wang Qian’s guards only symbolically checked before letting Xiang Yu in.


    Seeing Xiang Yu arrive, Wang Qian quickly took him to the meeting room.


    It was called a meeting room, but it was actually empty, with just a fewputers and arge screen in front.


    "It’s a video conference." Wang Qian exined upon seeing Xiang Yu’s confusion.


    "Hello everyone, Xiang Yu is here." Wang Qian said into a microphone.


    "You’rete." A male voice said angrily.


    "Who are you?" Xiang Yu responded straightforwardly.


    "You don’t need to know who I am for now. You’re fortunate we chose you, but this first meeting is disappointing," the man said.


    Xiang Yu sat there, unable to see them, though they could see him.


    "Let’s cut the nonsense. You chose me just as I chose you. If your terms aren’t good enough, I could exit at any time." Xiang Yu said irritably.


    "You..." the man clearly didn’t expect Xiang Yu to be so assertive.


    "Fine, let’s not pursue your tardiness, but we’re curious about what you know about Hua Xia’s military," another person interjected.


    "Not much." Xiang Yu replied bluntly.


    Wang Qian quickly added, "Xiang Yu has been in Hua Xia’s military before; he’s familiar with their inner structure and response strategies."


    "Since you chose to work with us, show us your value."


    "Stop with the useless talk. We’re partners, yet you can see me while I talk to the air. Do you think that’s fair?" Xiang Yu retorted impatiently.


    Silence enveloped the room suddenly; they obviously hadn’t anticipated Xiang Yu being so headstrong.


    In their mindset, Xiang Yu was merely a guide recruited by Wolf Fang or more fittingly, a scapegoat like the rest,pliant to Wolf Fang’smands, but this was unexpected.


    "You’ve just joined, and we need to assess you."


    "No need. Since you don’t trust me, I have no reason to trust you. Do it on your own; I won’t partake." Xiang Yu said, standing to leave.


    Wang Qian hastily grabbed him, then spoke into the microphone, "You should turn on your cameras; since we’re working together, there shouldn’t be any secrecy."


    The room remained quiet for about a minute before a face appeared on oneputer, identified as the COM Leader. Anotherputer then showed the identity as God of Killing Leader, while oneputer stayed off.


    Xiang Yu understood that although these werebeled as leaders, these individuals weren’t the main heads of their organizations but rather, like Wang Qian, specifically responsible for this matter.


    "Now that’s more reasonable." Xiang Yu remarked, sitting back down after seeing them...
