The only ones in the vi were Fiy, Scott, the butler, and a few household service bots.


    Since this was Scott''s private home, there was no way someone could''ve sneaked in, so the knock on the door had to be from either Fiy or Scott. Which was why Analise didn''t feel the need to be on guard.


    "Ana..."


    As soon as she opened the door, she was met with the sight of Fiy in his wolf form. He gently nudged her waist and hands with his head.


    "What''s this about? Acting like a spoiled little pup now?" Analise reached down and scratched behind his ears, letting him nuzzle into her palm.


    A soft, pitiful whine escaped him. Fiy didn''t speak and just looked up at her with bloodshot eyes full of frustration and something deeper, something more


    vulnerable.


    "What''s wrong?" Scott opened his door, drawn by the noise.


    "Are you feeling sick?" Analise asked, suddenly realizing something was off. She tried using her calming ability to soothe Fiy''s distress. But it didn''t seem to be working this time.


    "Mm... Ana..." Fiy leaned closer, drawn to theforting energy she emitted. Then, without warning, he wrapped his tail around her and pulled her against the soft warmth of his belly.


    "Fiy! What are you doing? Let go of me!" Analise gasped, startled as she was suddenly yanked down into him. Her voice rose in shock.


    But Fiy didn''t react much. He simply loosened his tail slightly, making sure not to hurt her.


    Scott stood frozen, staring at the sight of Analise curled up against Fiy''s chest, wrapped in his tail. Jealousy red violently in his chest. His eyes were filled with envy.


    But this wasn''t the time to let emotions run wild. He took a step forward, only to be met with a low warning growl from Fiy. It was his territorial instinct ring up.


    Scott paused, studying Fiy''s stance. Then, he finally spoke, his voice calm but firm, "He''s probably going into heat."


    Analise was speechless.


    She looked down at the tail still wrapped snugly around her. "So... I''m supposed to soothe him now?"


    Scott nodded. "Male heat cycles typicallyst three to five days. During that time, they be extremely aggressive toward anyone except their mate."


    "Physical touch can help ease the agitation. But mating with the female directly works best," he added, lowering his eyes like the words weighed heavily on him.


    "Unmated males usually don''t enter heat until they''re around 30 years old. Fiy is only 28 years old. You two. His voice faltered. His@yes seemed to glisten faintly.


    "No!" Analise blurted without hesitation.


    Scott stared at her. "But you touched his tail."


    He sounded wounded when he said those words.


    "Males usually have a second sexual organ. Its location depends on the species. For those with tails, the tail is that second organ. And it''s deeply tied to their heat cycle."


    Fiy let out another warning growl, sensing that Analise''s attention was drifting toward another male. His body tensed, shielding her from Scott even more fiercely.


    "Maybe you should go back to your room for now?" Analise could feel how tense Fiy was. His grip on her was so tight that she felt suffocated.


    Fiy''s mind essence wasn''t as refined as Scott''s. So, his instincts were more


    reactive, using growls and bodynguage to mark territory and drive out intruders.


    "Alright." Scott pursed his lips and returned to his room.


    "Fiy, be good, okay? Let me go. Let''s head into the room first."


    Analise rubbed one of his ears gently, then wrapped her arms around his furry neck and whispered into his ear.
