Chapter 3003

    ?Chapter 3003:

Without hesitation, Eric raised his ss as well. “Appreciate it, Ernest.”

Ernest’s expression shifted, his tone turning firm as he filled another ss and slid it toward Eric. “See that you treat her right. Don’t forget—Hadley has the full strength of the Flynn family behind her.”

The words made Eric swallow hard, though he masked it with a crooked smile.

“Hey, maybe you should look out for me, too,” he said lightly. “I’ve got nothing left—just praying Hadley doesn’t throw me away someday.”

A gentleugh escaped Ernest as he shook his head.

He knew exactly what Eric had done—handing Scott Group over to Hadley—and that knowledge was enough to set his mind at ease.

Everything Ernest did came from a ce of concern for Hadley—and every word he spoke was meant as honest guidance.

    “Alright then, let’s dig in.”

    “Yes, let’s eat.”

    “Here, try this one.”

“Joy, don’t drink so much juice.”

Laughter and chatter filled the dining room, wrapping the family in an easy warmth that felt like home.

In the midst of the lively meal, Quentin appeared at the doorway, pausing respectfully as his eyes sought Ernest’s approval.

“What is it?” Ernest asked, still focused on helping Locke with his food. “Come closer and tell me.”

    “Yes, sir.”

Obeying themand, Quentin stepped forward, retrieved his phone, and ced it gently in front of Ernest.

“Mr. Flynn, we’ve just received some photos from our people in Ontmond. You might want to see this.”

    “Alright.”

A small nod escaped Ernest as his eyes dropped to the screen.

In the next second, the calm in his expression vanished, reced by a sudden intensity that cut through the air.

Although the photos were dim and shot from afar, there was no mistaking the familiar outline captured within them.

    It was Elissa!

His hand shot forward, snatching up the phone as the muscles in his jaw tightened.

“Where were these taken? And when?”

    “Just moments ago!”

With messages flying faster than ever, it hadn’t taken long for the photos to reach them even from another country.

“This came from an estate outside Ontmond. Details are stilling in—nothing concrete yet except the photos.”

“Understood!” Ernest said firmly. Without hesitation, he continued, “Prepare the car. I’m heading to Ontmond right now.”

There was no question in his mind.

Even the faintest lead was reason enough for him to move—he would never ignore a trace that might lead to her.

This time, he finally held a clear photograph of Elissa in his hands. How could he not act?

    “Understood!”

Quentin agreed at once and hurried off to make the necessary arrangements.

“Grandma…” Turning toward N, Ernest prepared to leave her with a few reminders.

“I already understand.” N didn’t wait for him to speak further. She gave a firm nod. “Go on and do what you have to. Don’t worry about Locke. I’ll make sure he’s well cared for.”

    “Thank you so much, Grandma!”
