    “I see,” Robin murmured, and then his eyes lit up with an idea. “I’m actually heading to Aradimen in a few days… business stuff. I could stop by and check in on your mom.”


    Elissa blinked, caught off guard. “That’s thoughtful, but really—there’s no need. Don’t trouble yourself.”


    “It’s no trouble at all,” Robin said firmly. “I’m going anyway, and it wouldn’t take much to visit her on your behalf. It might give you some peace of mind.”


    His offer was logical, even considerate.
