The Silent 595

    595.Chapter 595

Earlier, Sariyah had excused herself, iming she needed to rest, and sent her son, Theodore Malone, the same man who greeted them outside the city, to host Nn and Eliza in her stead.

But he had barely sat down when this incident urred.

Theodore frowned slightly, his tone outwardly respectful but tinged with a hint of reproach.

"I don''t drink ck coffee, and I certainly don''t like coffee made by other men," Eliz?tated coldly.

The maid''s face turned pale instantly.

She never imagined that someone so delicate-looking could have such a fiery temper, showing no regard for Vance''s gesture.

Had she known, she would have refrained from saying that.

Theodore nced at Vance, then at the maid, piecing together the situation. He muttered something under his breath, his displeasure evident, before putting on a respectful facade again.

He faked a smile. "Ah, I see. Looks like I didn''t serve you properly. Sorry about that, Your Grace. Let me get you a fresh pot..." Before Theodore could finish, Eliza cut him off coldly. "No need.

"Your family doesn''t have the kind of coffee I drink."

If they brought another, it would just be someone else''s ''favor.''

Theodore''s face darkened. This Holy Lady wasn''t just being difficult. She was outright humiliating them.

''Saying we don''t have the coffee she wants? Ridiculous. The Malone family has everything!

The coffee served earlier was a top-tier blend, one of the finest ck ones in the world.

Though Theodore was Vance''s uncle, he was only a few years older and the cherished youngest son of Sariyah. Spoiled beyond reason, he wasn''t one to back down easily.

Hearing Eliza''s words, he refused to back off.

He said again, "Your Grace, how could we not serve you coffee? That would be a breach of etiquette. Why don''t you tell us what you''d like? The Malone family has no shortage of options. We''re bound to have what you want."

    Eliza''s patience was wearing thin.

She shot Theodore a nce and was about to respond when Nn, standing beside her, spoke first.

"The coffee Her Grace wants isn''t something the Malone family can provide." With a faint smirk, his gaze sliced through Vance like a shard of ice. Then, with a smile that didn''t reach his eyes, he added, “Because the coffee she wants is made by me. And some people? They''re just not qualified."

Theodore was left utterly dumbfounded by his words.

Eliza was utterly speechless. ''When did I ever say I wanted Nn to personally make me coffee?!

    ''Stop spouting nonsense!''

Eliza shot Nn a sharp re, her annoyance barely concealed.

Across the table, Vance''s face turned beet red.

With a loud bang, he mmed his coffee cup onto the table, his anger barely contained. "Your Highness, what exactly are you trying to say?"

"Vance!" Before Vance could finish, Theodore, already anticipating his reaction, quickly cut him off.

Frowning, he gave Vance a warning look and subtly shook his head before speaking. "I never would''ve guessed that Your Grace and Your Highness share such... refined interests. If it''s coffee made by the Prince Regent himself, I suppose the Malone family truly can''tpare."

Eliza was speechless, thinking, ''What on earth is he doing here?''

''No, no, no! That''s not true! I never said that!

''I have zero interest in any coffee he makes!''

Meanwhile, Nn was quietly chuckling, enjoying the chaos he''d caused

    Sessfully unlocked!

The sight made Eliza clench her fists tightly, resting the urge to give him a piece of her mind.

Theodore continued speaking, but Vance had clearly run out of patience.

He urged, "Enough, Uncle Theodore! Let''s stop wasting time. Didn''t His Highness say he wanted to see blood? Let''s get this duel started already!"

    595 Chapter 595

This time, he was determined to show this man that the Malone family wasn''t to be toiffed with

Even if it was the Prince Regent, he wouldn''t be allowed to throw his weight around the Malone family!
