Wyatt spotted Aiden from a distance and nodded affirmatively, "Alright, I''ll make sure he gets home safely."
Mirabe nodded her thanks before getting into the car with James.
Soon, the car departed from the cemetery.
...
Aiden walked out slowly, regretting not bringing any money or his phone, unsure how to get home.
Seeing Wyatt standing by the roadside, Aiden instinctively stopped in his tracks, intimidated by his presence.
Sensing his wariness, Wyatt approached him, "Ms. Mirabe asked me to drive you home."
Aiden, surprised, fidgeted with his fingers, not expecting her to be so kind and blurted out, "...She isn''t nning to prank me, is she?"
Wyatt gave Aiden a once-over andughed, "I don''t see anything about you worth pranking."
Aiden: "..."
Thement wasn''t hurtful, but it was incredibly insulting.
"Come on, kiddo." Wyatt hailed a taxi and gestured to Aiden.
Aiden hesitated, but considering he had no money, he eventually followed Wyatt into the taxi.
He took it as the meandy suddenly having a change of heart.

Silvermist Shores Airport wasn''t particrlyrge. When Mirabe and James arrived at the arrivals gate, there were hardly any people waiting.
It was quite empty and cold.
Shawn and his wife''s ne hadn''tnded yet.
"Why don''t you go rest in the car?e over with Uncle Marian once they arrive," James suggested to Mirabe, concerned she might overexert herself. fo
"I''m fine," Mirabe said, her gaze fixed in the distance, "Don''t worry about me. I''ll be okay."
James sighed softly, knowing her stubbornness, and didn''t press further. He led her to a nearby seating area and insisted she sit down.
Then he went back to wait at the arrivals gate.
After about twenty minutes, Shawn and Delh finally appeared. James waved at them.
The couple was surprised to see James waiting and approached him. Shawn asked, "James, why are you...?"
They had nned to call their daughter after arriving.
James greeted them politely before exining, "Nick mentioned it, so I thought I''de pick you up."
"I see," Shawn replied softly, "Thank you, it''s much appreciated."
James smiled slightly, "Uncle, please, it''s the least I can do."
"How''s Mira now?" Delh asked worriedly.
Before she could finish, Mirabe''s voice came from behind her, "Mom."
Delh turned around swiftly, and upon seeing her daughter''s pale, thin face, her
eyes immediately welled up with tears, "My dear, you..."
Mirabe managed a smile, "Mom, I''m okay."
Delh felt a lump in her throat seeing that smile, wiped her tears, and hugged her daughter, "Don''t be sad, dear. Everyone faces life and death, and Catherine would have wanted you to be happy."
"I know, mom. Don''t worry," Mirabe reassured her, patting Delh''s back. She had managed to control her emotions since leaving the cemetery.
Shawn joined them, cing a gentle hand on his daughter''s head, embracing both his wife and daughter in a silentfort as a father and husband.
This scene was quietly observed by Summer from a distance.
