Chapter 1520

Grandma Connolly looked at her with a gentle gaze. "Ste, I''m telling you all this today not to guilt-trip you, but to make onest effort for my disappointing grandson.

I can see that Neville has grown used to being alone and doesn''t intend to get married.

Now, he''s finally met a girl he likes, but he doesn''t know how to pursue her.

So, before I go, I want to help him onest time."

Grandma Connolly coughed softly. "I''ve already prepared my will. A portion of my shares will go to Neville''s biological children.

As Neville''s son, Marvin will indeed take some of the resources meant for Neville''s future children, so I''m giving my own portion to make up for it.

Another portion of the shares will go to Neville''s wife, aspensation for taking care of Marvin and epting this difficult situation."

It was clear that Grandma Connolly had thought of everything for Neville''s sake. When Ste left Grandma Connolly''s room, her mind was wandering.

It was evident that the Connolly family had a warm and supportive atmosphere, which was how they had raised such an outstanding person like Neville and such a well-behaved child like Marvin.

It was no wonder Grandma Connolly felt she owed Neville a debt; he had practically decided to remain single for the rest of his life for Marvin''s sake.

Perhaps she was too lost in thought, because Ste didn''t notice the person who had suddenly appeared in front of her and walked straight into them.

Ste snapped back to reality. "I''m sorry."

A familiar, slender hand gently steadied her.

A clear, crisp male voice sounded from above her head.

"Star, what were you thinking about so intently?"

Ste looked up and saw who it was. "Joshua, what are you doing here? Weren''t you with Marvin?"

"Yeah, Neville called him away for something," Joshua replied.

His gaze fell on Ste''s worried face.

"Why do you look so troubled? Did Mrs. Connolly say something to you?"

"Not really," Ste said. "She just told me some things about Marvin."

    With that, Ste called Neville.

    Neville soon arrived with Marvin.

"Grandma Connolly has fallen asleep," Ste said. "Neville, Marvin, if there''s

nothing else, Joshua and I should be going."

Grandma Connolly''s condition was poor, and Neville was busy caring for her. Ste didn''t want to overstay her wee.

Neville also knew that his grandmother was fading and could pass away at any time.

This was not the time to invite Ste to stay.

"I''ll walk you out," he said.

Ste shook her head. "There''s no need. Joshua can drive me. You should stay

here and take care of Grandma Connolly."

Neville knew Ste was being considerate, so he didn''t insist.

"Alright, then I won''t see you out. Call me anytime if you need anything."

    "Okay," Ste agreed.

Neville looked at Ste, seeming to want to say something more, but he held back.

Ste said There''s not much going on at thepany right now, and Joshua and I are on vacation anyway. We''ll be staying in Aetherja for a while.

You and Marvin cane find me whenever you want."

Marvin couldn''t help but smile happily, and even the gloom on Neville''s face seemed

    to lift slightly.

"In a few days, once Grandma''s

    condition stabilizes, Marvin and Kwill.

    show you and Jeshua around.

    Aetheria," Neville said. "There are

    many beautiful ces here."

    Ste agreed.

After a few more words, Ste and Joshua left.

Beforeing to Aetheria, they had already booked a hotel.

Money was no object for Ste, so she had naturally chosen the best hotel in Aetheria, which also happened to be one of The Gardner Group''s properties.  fo

Upon entering the hotel, even the now worldly Ste was deeply stunned by the sight before her.
