Rodney had no choice but to marry Sarah. He had no choice but to live such a suffocating life.

    Luckily, a man nearby came over and separated Eliza and Rodney. Eliza doubled over while grasping her throat in pain. She felt as if she was on the border of life and death. She almost suffocated.

    "I''m... fine." Eliza revealed a panicked and scared expression. "Young Master Snow is terrifying. His ex-wife is my friend. Seeing how much Young Master Snow hates his ex-wife, I thought I could help my friend exin that she did not do anything to hurt his current wife since I met him today. However, he refused to listen and wanted to strangle me to death like a lunatic."


    There was too much information in those words.


    Most of the people present knew about the conflict between Rodney, his ex-wife, and his current wife. In a split second, they understood something.


    Young Master Snow most probably believed that his ex-wife had hurt his mistress. However, he was so protective of his current wife that he refused to listen to anybody defending his ex-wife. His temper red because he got angry.
