Chapter 762

Sky looked at the beautiful hydrangeas Keira had ced before him. Their vibrant colors were stunning, and the fragrance was pleasant without being

    overpowering.

Keira''s voice was soft and soothing, with no trace of harshness. It rxed him, easing the tension in his body and the anxiety in his mind without him even realizing it.

Sky clenched his fists, then slowly released them. After a long pause, he closed his eyes and said, "I''m willing to try. Ms. Chesson, I''ll listen to you."

Keira smiled gently and nodded. "Good. Please wait here, Mr. Sky."

Sky leaned back against the plush couch, watching as Keira closed the curtains, leaving a small gap. Sunlight filtered through the crack, brightening the room and adding a touch of life to the otherwise dark space.

He stared at the sliver of light, and for a moment, his mind emptied.

Keira turned around to make another cup of tea. This time, it was honey lemon tea, a blend she had personally prepared. Its taste was unlike anything found outside. "Mr. Sky, please drink this. Once it''s finished, we can begin," Keira said gently.

Her presence was calming, and it made him feel at ease.

Sky nodded, taking the cup and sipping it slowly.

Once he finished the tea, Keira lit a new candle, letting its soothing scent fill the room. After a moment, she sat across from him.

"Mr. Sky, let''s begin now," Keira said. "All you have to do is follow my lead. Now, close your eyes."

    Sky obeyed, closing his eyes.

Keira noticed his clenched fists and said gently, "Rx your fingers. After you do that, look ahead. Imagine arge garden full of blue hydrangeas."

Sky followed her instructions, slowly loosening his fists. Before him, a vast sea of blue hydrangeas appeared.

Keira''s voice continued to guide him, and soon, he saw Emma standing deep within the sea of flowers. This time, Emma wasn''t covered in blood. She wore a white dress. Her hair was elegantly styled, and her makeup was perfect. She looked like an angel.

Emma smiled at him, holding out a pretty bouquet of blue hydrangeas. "Sky, this is for you."

Seeing Emma so beautiful and serene, Sky''s throat tightened. His voice broke as he choked out, "Emma, I''m sorry."

Emma smiled warmly. Her eyes curved sweetly as she did, and her expression was kind and innocent, free of bitterness or anger.

She stepped forward, embraced Sky, and whispered, "Sky, you don''t have to apologize. I was the one who was wrong from the beginning. Life isn''t perfect; sometimes, one wrong thought can lead to many more mistakes.

"I shouldn''t have been jealous of Natalie. I shouldn''t have worried about her taking away the love of our parents and brothers. She is their biological daughter and your real sister.

"I stole her identity and life for so many years. I had no right or reason to envy her.

I shouldn''t have hurt her. From the very beginning, I was wrong. I also wronged Sophia."

Emma looked up at Sky, whose eyes

were filled with emotion. "Sky, please don''t mourn me in the next life, I want to be your real sister. This one has ended, and I''ve learned the hard way that some lessons are painful and consequential.  s

"We must all face the consequences of our actions. Sky, I want you to be happy. Remember me as I am today. When you think of me in the future, I want you to remember me as beautiful and pure, not as the messy version of myself."

Sky''s voice quivered as he whispered, "Emma, I''m sorry. I should have been there for you."<fn7a4b> Chapters first released on f?ndnovel</fn7a4b>

Emma''s eyes welled up with tears. "Sky, you have nothing to apologize for. I am the one who owes you. I shouldn''t have wasted your love and care. I shouldn''t have let jealousy and bitterness define me. I was wrong.

"Sky, none of this is your fault. Please don''t me yourself. I''vee to terms with my mistakes and am ready to walk my own path, so please let yourself go too. Will you do that for me?"

Emma embraced Sky, and the blue hydrangeas swayed in the breeze, surrounding them both.

"Sky, whenever you see blue hydrangeas from now on, remember the most beautiful meaning they carry. Don''t think of the others. Sky, promise me that, okay?" Emma said, looking at him expectantly.

"Sky, I love you. I always have. In the next life, I want to be your real sister. But in this one, I hope you promise me this-live well, be happy, and stay healthy."

Sky was overwhelmed with emotion, choking back tears as he hugged Emma tightly. "Emma, I''m sorry. It was all my fault."

Emma smiled sweetly. "Sky, you didn''t do anything wrong. I''m the one at fault You''ve always loved me the most and you''re the one lowe the most. While I was in prison had a lot to think about. In the end, I realized that I had narrowed my own path.

I could''ve stayed at home with Dad, Mom, and all of you. However, my jealousy destroyed me, hurt others, and even hurt you, Sky. I regret it deeply, but it''s toote now. So, I have one request, Sky."

    "Tell me, Emma," Sky said.

"I hope you carry out my wish and live well. Every time you think of me, I want you

to picture this sea of hydrangeas. Sky, will you do that for me?"

    "Yes," Sky choked out.

Emma smiled again. She ced the bouquet of blue hydrangeas in Sky''s hands. "Sky, remember-blue hydrangeas mean romance and happiness. Let your life be like these flowers-romantic and fulfilling.

"In the next life, I''ll bring these hydrangeas to you. When you see them, you''ll know it''s me. But for now, I want you to live-truly live-without any burdens."

Sky reached out as if to hold Emma, but she smiled and waved at him. "Sky, I have to go now. When you dream of me again, I hope you''ll remember this moment. Si I''s like to look beautiful, so don''t think of me with an angry or twisted face. Sky, live well. I''m leaving now"
