Chapter 1525

---- They were already gearing up to split them apart. Aldric clenched his teeth, and his fist cracked from the pressure. He had a savage urge to smash that pretty-boy face. "So you think you''re better than me, huh?" he snorted, sting air out of his nose while fur started to sprout from parts of his back. "You''ve got two females. I''ll sit back and watch your shitty face ---- when each of them shows up with a belly full of triplets." "So your grandkids bother you, then?" Ss kept ying with his luck. Without the women here, it was like a minefield about to explode at any moment.

"NO, YOU BOTHER ME, YOU AND YOUR ''I''M UNTOUCHABLE AND SUPERIOR TO THESE BEASTS'' ATTITUDE!" The roar almost blew the tent to pieces. "Let''s all calm down," Cedrick put a hand out in front of the Lycan King, who was on the verge of shifting and growling like a savage. Fighting with Ss was like punching cotton. Even he was getting pissed off just seeing him sit there all serene, and he wasn''t even the father-inw. The bastard didn''t even muss his hair, and lycans were hot- blooded beasts with more violent reactions.

"The border guard just informed me that your granddaughter has arrived at the camp," Drir nudged him from the other side. The Lycan King snorted and finally went to pour himself a drink from the little table in the corner. ---- If they hadn''t left yet, it was because they were worried Lyra was okay. For a second, Drir was d his father-inw wasn''t Aldric... for just a second. But his gaze shifted to the ancient vampire sitting by the stove, reading a book pulled out from who knows where... Red pupils narrowed at him menacingly over the edge of the pages.

They seemed to say, "Don''t get toofortable around me. I''m still nning how to turn you into an undead without my daughter finding out." 2 For the sake of his own paranoia, Drir looked away and decided to go out and oversee the logistics. Basically, thanks to his allies'' help, he had wiped out all resistance on his continent. Now, with absolute power in his hands, he had to think not like ''the lord of a fief, but like a king. Drir was set on offering his vampiress a throne and making her his queen.

He still had a road ahead, though, but he had several wise, ---- responsible leaders to ask Leaders... unpredictable ones sob When Drir came back into the tent, he found that the couple causing all the drama had already returned. "Did the Beast God himself really carve your mate''s name into your chest?" Aidan was staring, like everyone else, at Drakkar''s open shirt. The wolfish pride was obvious, his chest swelling, and even Drir felt curious. "And why the scar? I don''t get it, Aidan doesn''t have that..." Cedrick leaned in to look, too. "It''s not the same.

Lyra isn''t a Selenia; can''t you see the name was etched on the outside of the skin?" Aidan answered him, and everyone nodded. They even shot poor Drakkar condescending looks It really wasn''t such a big deal, and it was obvious the Moon Goddess had better penmanship than this sloppy God. + Even Ss watched in silence. ---- He thought about what he''d witnessed, believed they''d give him a more spectacr gift than that ugly scar, Enthusiasm and curiosity quickly turned into disappointment.

"I wonder how many of you actually handed your soul to your mate," Lyra huffed, tugging on her man''s arm. Her hands went to her hips in a gesture very typical of the females in her family. She was pissed. "The soul?" Aldric frowned, looking again at the aggressive, deep marks. "Yeah, Grandpa, that scar on Drakkar''s left pec is because he literally gave me all his feelings and his love." Lyra touched her chest, and understanding mmed into everyone. "No fucking way... You endured something like that?" Cedrick''s jaw practically hit the floor. These men were truly insane.

The worst part was the ridiculous idea that was crossing his mind... Was there any way he could do it too? 1<style>
