?Chapter 810:
“Yes, I will,” Eileen said. “As soon as everything here is sorted out, I’ll be back.”
She could hardly stand the cold in Alverton. Once the Group was stabilized and the Vazquez family matters were resolved, she nned to discuss with Le about heading back to Onnd.
Roderick’s joy was palpable.
“That’s fantastic! When you’re back, I’ll have a few new dishes at my restaurant waiting for you.”
They chatted a bit longer. Then, Eileen received a call from Gianna.
Eileen finished her call with Roderick and answered Gianna’s call.
“Eileen, why don’t you take a day off today? Let’s head back to the Vazquez Mansion,” Gianna said.
“What’s the matter?” Eileen’s brow furrowed instinctively. She had been chatting with Le justst night over dinner. Could something have happened to Le?
Gianna smiled and replied,
“Nothing urgent. I just thought it would be nice for you toe home. I’ve organized a little wee-back party for you at the mansion. A few family friends will be there. Oh, and bring Mr. Dawson along if you can.”
Gianna had met Bryan before.
Eileen knew that if Bryan apanied her, it would expose his identity.
But she decided not to decline directly. “I’ll talk with Mr. Dawson about this,” she replied.

They ended the call shortly after. Gabri, awakened by their conversation, gazed up at Eileen with wide eyes.
Upon noticing her mother looking back at her, Gabri smiled.
“Mommy, hug!”
Scooping Gabri up, Eileen headed to the study to find Bryan. Despite workingtest night, Bryan was already awake. He was just about to step out as Eileen entered with Gabri. He took Gabri into his arms.
“I need to return to the Vazquez family mansion today. They’re throwing a wee banquet to introduce me publicly as the long-lost granddaughter of the Vazquez family,” Eileen said, her toneced with a hint of irony.
Bryan replied, “They’ll likely invite Julio because of the project. You can ask his help if you need anything there.” He knew his presence at the event was not possible, so he didn’t even ask about it. Gabri couldn’t go either.
Eileen, standing on her toes, gently kissed Gabri’s cheek.
“Sweetheart, you need to be good at home with Daddy, alright?”
Gabri pouted and said without hesitation, “Want Mommy to stay!”
Bryan interjected with an enticing offer, “What if I get you a ck cat?”
His words instantly brightened Gabri’s mood, her recent obsession with a cartoon cat making the promise especiallypelling. Gabri instantly smiled.
“Okay! Daddy will buy me a ck cat!”
