    “Like I said, they want to bring me back as a live-in son-inw,” Josue responded with irritation.


    Bryan straightened up, contemting for a moment before decisively stating, “That’s not possible. Your ex-wife’s brother has a unique status and can’t move freely between countries. He wouldn’te here just for your ex-wife.”


    A thought began to take shape in Bryan’s mind.


    Josue quickly caught on. “You think they’re here because of Travis’ biological father? But he’s not…”

    “I’ll find out for you. This isn’t something to take lightly.” Josue called his ex-wife back. “What are you two really doing here? Don’t lie to me. Your brother can’t just travel freely… Damn it, I’m not going to meet you!”


    His ex-wife hung up before he could finish speaking.


    Josue threw his phone onto the table, ran his hands through his short hair, and said, “She wants to meet me before exining why they’re here.”
