Some of you may have seen my ping on Discord yesterday, but I am going to say it here too. A family member is in the hospital, and things aren’t looking good. Chances are, she won’t make it. I quite honestly haven’t had the mindset to be writing, so there is no chapter today. I can’t even say when the next one will be as I don’t think I can produce anything anyone wants to read right now. I wanted to write yesterday when I got back from the hospital, but I couldn’t get anything down. I couldn’t even sleep. I don’t like sharing private details, and I honestly don’t feel like I owe it to anyone, but I still feel like I want to give the bare minimum. The one in the hospital is my grandmother. She is 96 and has lived a long life. Still doesn’t make the situation not shit.


    Today also coincides with the day my book 6 releases on Amazon, and while it feels weird as fuck, I also feel like I at least need to point it out, as I am not the only one relying on my books doing well, and I wouldn’t find it fair to punish my publisher or even myself by not even mentioning it.
