--Alchemy is the best.


    One day I will craft the Philosopher’s Stone and make a great fortune. After that I want to travel the world and eat delicious food while strolling.


    ……Still dwelling on this fantasy of mine, I made my way home after attending boring classes today too.


    It was then I was involved in a traffic accident.


    My surroundings were enveloped by darkness and while I was losing my senses, evaluating the aftermath of the accident I thought to myself: “This is…. I guess I am dead”. As I made that thought, I was engulfed by light.


    As I was assessing the situation, from within the light a grandpa who claimed to be [God] made an appearance. Don’t tell me, this is the rumored reincarnation to a different world!? Without being a chance to be surprised, God asked me what profession would I like to be in the world I am going to reincarnated in.


    ……I only have one answer. To be an alchemist, and the strongest one no less.


    [An Alchemist? That is a rather minor profession that you have selected huh….] while making that statement, God acknowledged my choice.


    Thus, I who have merrily made a class change to an alchemist was enveloped by an even stronger radiance then before and lost my consciousness shortly.
