    "Chaosu Star?" Ye Xiangting was momentarily taken aback.


    Qiao Sang nodded.


    "Winning this championship earned me a spot as an interster exchange student to Chaosu Star, granted by the nation. It''s a one-year program, and I need to leave before the next semester starts. I probably won''t be home for the New Year."


    With less than half a month until winter break, and the break itselfsting around a month, plus the fact that traveling from Blue Star to Chaosu Star by starship took about a month, it meant she would likely have to leave as soon as this semester ended.

    Ye Xiangting stared at her daughter in shock, unable to speak for a long time.


    She had been in a constant state of astonishmenttely.Her daughter won first ce in the regionalpetition, all three of her pet beasts had evolved to advanced levels, she defeated an advanced dragon-type beast, she triumphed over a terrifying general-level beast, and now she had won the national campus Beastmaster League championship. Every so often, she found herself in disbelief all over again.


    She had thought that after experiencing so many surprises, her ability to ept shocking news had reached a new level. Clearly, she had overestimated herself.

    The entire living room fell into silence.


    Suddenly, Ye Xiangting asked, "Can you bring family members?"


    Qiao Sang thought for a moment.


    "Probably not."


    <i>Damn, I really want to go too… </i>Ye Xiangting sighed in disappointment.


    <i>Different regions on the same might not be of great interest to everyone, but another? </i>That was something no one could ignore. Interster travel had always been a romantic notion.


    However, getting onto a starship and traveling to another required extremelyplicated procedures and qualifications, it wasn''t something you could just do on a whim.

    "I''m calling the manager of Shidu Grand Hotel." Ye Xiangting replied while scrolling through her contacts.


    "You won the championship, so we must celebrate properly. I booked ten tables at Shidu Grand Hotel for your winter break, but now I''ll move the reservation up to this Saturday."


    <i>Oh, so it''s not about notifying the entire extended family…</i> Qiao Sang sighed in relief for no reason.


    Five minutester, her mother sat on the sofa, saying,


    "Hey, Second Sister-inw, I changed the celebration dinner to this Saturday. Are you free?"


    "It''s not that I''m busy, it''s Qiao Sang! She just told me she was selected by the nation to go to Chaosu Star as an interster exchange student. She won’t even be here for the New Year. She''ll probably leave as soon as this semester ends."

    After dinner, Qiao Sang went to thergest room on the second floor.


    It was already fully furnished, with the same warm and cozy design.


    The new bedroom was muchrger than her previous one, spacious enough for Yabao, Little Treasure, and Lubao to move around freely together.


    After briefly checking out theyout, Qiao Sang pulled out her textbooks and the study notes she had <i>acquired</i> from top students and began reviewing them seriously.


    She knew that mastering three years of high school knowledge in just a few months was extremely difficult, but she still wanted to attempt the college entrance exam in her first year.


    Besides wanting to enter the Central Hollow Region as soon as possible, there was another very practical reason, her high school-level Beastmaster training was no longer sufficient to help Yabao and the others progress quickly.


    All of her ssmates'' pet beasts were only at beginner or intermediate levels. Even if she had opponents to battle daily, the experience gain was minimal.


    If she had to stay in high school for another two years, Yabao and the others might take a long time to evolve to the general level.

    The high school curriculum was different from her past life, almost everything was new to her.

    The warm light cast a soft glow on the girl''s face, outlining her determination.


    Before she knew it, it was already midnight.


    Feeling sleepy, Qiao Sang checked the time on her phone: 12:03 AM.


    "Little Treasure, take me to Lubao." She said.


    "Xuuun~"


    With a soft call, the next second, Qiao Sang found herself by the pool.


    The vi she had purchased came with a pool, and Lubao had instantly fallen in love with it. She stayed there even at night.


    "Lubao, are you asleep?" Qiao Sang called.


    "Luuuu." Lubao poked her head out of the water.


    "Give me a Healing Light."


    Without hesitation, Lubao cast a blue glow over her.


    Once the glow dissipated, Qiao Sang felt fully refreshed. She turned toward Little Treasure.

    One exchanged nce, and Little Treasure immediately understood.


    In an instant, Qiao Sang found herself back in her room.


    <i>Having pet beasts is amazing… </i>She sat back at her desk and continued studying.

    Even though her body remained fine, continuous studying did take a mental toll.


    However, with the college entrance exam only months away, she pushed through.


    In the blink of an eye, it was already Friday, the final ss of the day.


    As the lesson wrapped up, a clear voice echoed through the broadcast system:


    "Qiao Sang from ss 1, Grade 10. Qiao Sang from ss 1, Grade 10. Please proceed immediately to the principal''s office. Your interster visa and exchange program admission letter have arrived. Please pick them up at once!"


    The entire school erupted into excited chatter, including the teachers.


    <i>Couldn’t they have just informed a teacher? Why announce it over the PA? This is embarrassing… </i>Qiao Sang set down her book and stood up to leave the ssroom.

    "Why did you announce it on the PA?" Liu Yao frowned.


    Wang Weidou took a sip of tea and replied, "You science nerds don’t get it. Our school produced an interster exchange student! This is an honor! Of course, everyone should know, it’ll motivate them to study harder."
