Chapter 56 Fusion Complete

What was happening was easy to grasp. After consuming the Blood Core, Arin had sessfully transformed into a Vampire, but his Chaos Element seemed to be battling the Blood Energy inside him. Yet now, the very Chaos Element that had fought with the Blood Energy was merging with it, changing him into something else entirely.

Arin nced at the mirror and immediately noticed something odd. "Whoa... not again!"

Right before his eyes, each strand of his long ck hair was turning white. His hair, originally brown before his transformation into a Vampire, had turned ck. And now, it was turning pure white.

Within seconds, his hair hadpletely shifted to pure white, still long and reaching his lower back.

Arin kept his gaze fixed on the mirror, watching closely to see if any other changes would ur. But after a few moments, nothing else happened. His ws, fangs, eyes, and skin all remained the same—distinctively Vampiric. However, the change in his hair color was a clear sign that something significant had taken ce.

"Hm..." Arin muttered, squinting at his reflection. "I don''t feel any different."

Meanwhile, Seraphine''s voice bbing in his head.

"The Blood Core is one of the greatest achievements of the Vampires!" she eximed. "I bet you didn''t even know that. Ha! How pathetic to think you could stop me!"

Arin sighed softly, closing his eyes in frustration.

"I''m royalty, after all, and of course, I had the Blood Core," Seraphine added. "And you didn''t even know that as long as the Blood Core isn''t destroyed, the Vampire''s soul lives on inside! You''re so clueless~"

"Just shut up," Arin snapped, opening his eyes. "You do realize that you''re the one trapped here, right?"

    "Huh? Wait... What?!"

Just then, a system screen appeared in front of Arin, instantly grabbing his attention.

    [Fusion Complete.]

[The Chaos Element has sessfully fused with the Blood Energy.]

    [Changes have beenpleted.]

Arin''s eyes scanned the notifications one by one until another message appeared.

[You have sessfully changed from a Vampire to a Chaos Progenitor Vampire.]

"Chaos Progenitor Vampire…?" Arin muttered, narrowing his eyes at the words on the screen.

"What is this I sense?" Seraphine suddenly stopped her rambling. "You''re not a regr Vampire, are you?"

Raising an eyebrow, Arin waited for more details to show up. Seraphine, however, seemed to have realized something, as her voice grew shaky, almost stuttering. "This Energy... I''ve never felt anything like this before... Don''t tell me... You''re a...

    a... Progenitor?!"

Arin ignored her and focused on the system screen, though hearing her use the same term caused a slight reaction in him. The system had just mentioned that exact word.

    The screen provided more details.

[You are now a Chaos Progenitor Vampire.]

    Arin continued reading.

    [Chaos Progenitor Vampire.]

[After consuming the Blood Core of Seraphine Bloodrose, you sessfully became a Vampire, a strong one due to Seraphine Bloodrose being royalty.]

    Another message appeared.

[However, the Chaos Element you possess is a powerful Energy, just like Blood Energy. Both Energies would destroy each other in a battle, and it would harm the host in the process.]

[But instead, the Energies fused, transforming you into something different... something unique... something that has never existed in this world before.]

Arin squinted again. "Wait, that''s it? There has to be mo—"

More information suddenly shed across the screen, interrupting him.

[Both Energies have fused, transforming you into a Chaos Progenitor Vampire... A special Vampire that has never existed before. You are the first of your kind, earning you the supreme title: Progenitor.]

[Your Blood is unique, and anyone you turn will inherit the special traits of a Chaos Progenitor Vampire. However, they will never surpass the Progenitor.]

    [End of Information.]

    Arin nodded. "I see..."

"So, in other words, I''m a unique Vampire, different from the rest... A Progenitor," he muttered.

    "A LEADER!" Seraphine blurted out.

Before Arin could reply, Seraphine''s tone shifted. "Please forgive me for my ignorance and disrespect! I did not realize what I was doing! I, Seraphine Bloodrose, humbly greet the Progenitor."

Arin remained silent for a few moments before his lips curled into a smirk. "Seems this is a bigger deal than I thought."

"It''s okay," Arin said, walking toward the window and opening it. "Though I can''t just forgive you that easily, can I?"

His long white hair fluttered wildly in the breeze as he gazed at the stars. He felt... different.

"N... no," Seraphine stammered. "I havemitted a grave sin."

Arin''s eyes remained fixed on the stars as he tapped his toes against the floor. ''From the looks of it, a Progenitor outranks even a Princess.''

Yet, deep down, Arin felt that even without bing a Progenitor, he could have controlled Seraphine.

"It''s probably because I have full control of her soul," Arin muttered.

That also meant the unknown entity that helped him regain control of his body yed a role in subduing Seraphine, ensuring she remained under hismand. The chances of her regaining control were slim, given the system''s assurance that she had no chance, but Arin wasn''t going to take that for granted.@@novelbin@@

"From this day forward," Arin said coldly, "you will answer to me."

A chilling smile spread across his face as he folded his arms. "Is that clear?"

Seraphine sighed, her voice trembling. "As the daughter of the Vampire King, it feels wrong to fully submit to anyone... even a Progenitor."

Arin remained silent, allowing her to continue.

"However, I''ve realized that even as royalty, I am no longer in control. I cannot resist yourmands, so... I willingly pledge my submission to you."

There was a hint of sorrow in her voice, but Arin chose to ignore it.

"Good," he replied with a satisfied smile. "I''m d you realized that on your own."

"Very well then," Seraphine said, her voice formal. "I, Seraphine Bloodrose, pledge full submission to... err..... err.... uhm, please what is your name?"

"Oh, my bad. It''s Arin... Arin Vale."

    "Not Chaos?"

    "Shut up!"
