Cain nced at Fenix and nodded. "I understand her condition and even know how to cure it. But as of now, curing her is beyond our capabilities."


    When Li Fenghai heard it, he immediately felt as if the world was crumbling before his eyes, thinking that not even Cain and Fenix could cure her little sister''s illness.


    He then knelt on his knees at Cain''s feet and begged. "Young Master Cain, please save my little sister! I would do anything for you in return."

    Li Meilin was confused why his brother was begging Cain, as she didn''t know, like her brother, who listened to A and Fenix''s conversation and believed that Fenix was the strongest awakener in this world as well as a skilled alchemist on top of that.


    However, she didn''t think much and nodded to Cain''s request before unfolding the nket.


    In the nket, Cain saw a little girl who had frost patterns spreading across her body as her skin turned pale. He also noticed that her breath became faint as ice crystals formed with each exhtion.


    "What''s her name?" Cain asked Li Meilin out of courtesy even though he already knew her name.


    "M-my name is Li Yuexian." The little girl whispered weakly as she opened her eyes.


    Cain smiled and ruffled Li Yuexian''s hair. "What a beautiful name. Can I also call you Little Yue?"


    "Hmmm-hmmm." Li Yuexian nodded her head slowly.


    "Don''t worry, Little Yue. I''ll do my best to make you better so you can run around and y with A and Sylvia."


    Li Yuexian responded with a smile. "Thank you."


    "Uncle Fenix, why can''t you cure her illness? Didn''t you say that you could cure her even with your eyes closed?" A asked Fenix innocently.


    "Be quiet!" Fenix nced at A for a second before continuing to assess Li Yuexian''s body thoroughly.


    A immediately shut her mouth before looking down sadly and started to cry as she was sobbing softly.


    Cain noticed it when he heard A''s sob and tilted his head only to see that A was crying while wiping her tears with her left hand.


    He then came to Fenix and took A from his arms before hugging her as he petted her back. "Why are you crying, A?"


    "Wahhh… U-Uncle Fenix yelled at me! I only wanted to know why he can''t help Little Yue!" A immediately cried loudly as she exined the reason she cried while hugging him tightly.


    Cain frowned and stared at Fenix, who was smiling at him awkwardly as he stretched his head.


    However, before Fenix could exin it to Cain, he was kicked in his belly by Cain, stepping back a few steps as he didn''t dare to use his strength to withstand the kick.


    "See? I kicked him for you. Stop crying, okay?" Cain patted A''s head,forting her to not cry any further.


    A''s cry immediately subsided, tilting her head to look at Fenix and sticking out her tongue as if mocking him that he was kicked by Cain.


    Cain shook his head helplessly when he saw it before he asked Li Meilin, "By the way, why did you get kicked out earlier?''


    "Oh, it was because The alchemist refused to return my money after iming he couldn''t cure Little Yue." Li Meilin exined it with an annoyed expression as her wealth was basically robbed by the alchemist.


    Cain frowned when he heard it, thinking that how could someone take advantage of someone''s misfortune and do something like this?


    He then nced at Fenix before putting A down and patted her head. "Stay here for a moment."


    "Let''s go get your money back." Cain said as he looked at Li Meilin and started walking towards the manor.


    Li Meilin and Li Fenghai immediately followed Cain along, leaving behind A and Sylvia, who were looking at each other confusedly.


    "Wait for me!" A shouted, running with Sylvia as they wanted to follow along.


    "What is it, A?" Cain tilted his head and looked at the little girls running towards him.


    A jumped into Cain''s arms and said, "I want toe with Big Brother Cain!"


    "Me too, me too." Sylvia raised her hand, looking at Cain with a cheerful expression.


    Cain sighed but nodded. He handed A to Li Fenghai. "Alright, but you stay with him, okay?"


    "Okay." A nodded her head obediently.


    Cain let them follow along as he thought that he might as well show them the reality of this world where strength matters the most if you don''t want to be stepped on by the other.


    He then continued to go inside the manor directly as the door was opened and saw that a lot of people had gathered in front of the building as if waiting for their turn to go inside.


    Coincidentally, when Cain had almost arrived in front of the building, he saw the door being opened slowly, revealing a middle-aged man in his early 50s and a man in his early 30s.


    "Don''t forget to take one pill a day from now on, and the poison will be gone in a week or so." The middle-aged man said with a smile as he looked at the man in his early 30s.


    However, when the middle-aged man noticed that there was a group heading towards him, he was shocked to see the woman he had just kicked not too long ago being one of them.

    Before Li Meilin could reply, Cain gged down the middle-aged man with a smile, "Hello sir, I''m not with her. I''m here because I would like to request your services. Would this be enough to skip the line?"


    Cain took out a Peak Rank Lord crystal from his inventory and showed it to him as he approached him with a harmless smile.


    When the middle-aged man saw the crystal on Cain''s hand, his eyes immediately lit up greedily, ignoring Li Meilin as he cupped his fists at Cain.

    However, when Cain arrived in front of him, Cain suddenly kicked him in the stomach, sending him flying into the building and breaking the ss that was filled with medicines as he hit the counter.


    "Sike." Cain said as he kicked the middle-aged man while controlling his strength as he didn''t want to kill him identally, resulting in breaking a few of his bones.


    As the middle-aged man was sent flying into the building, the other customer who was at the outside building looked at Cain with a horrified expression before they immediately ran outside the manor as they feared being implicated in this ident.
