    After they took the elevator upstairs, a waiter led them to their table. Theodore, like a gentleman, pulled out the chair for her and raised an eyebrow at her. Phoebe nced at him in surprise and then sat down.


    Theodore sat opposite her, and the waiter ced a menu in front of each of them. Phoebe ordered a set meal and handed the menu back to the waiter.
