Julius gave his fans a wave and a quick, "Thanks, guys!"
Then he made a beeline straight for Calliope.
She looked up just in time to see Julius, looking ridiculously handsome, charging toward her like he was on some kind of mission.
Before she could react, he was right in front of her, scooping her up in a big bear hug, leaving her zero chance to protest.
Calliope: "!!!"
In that moment, she honestly wanted to judo-flip him right onto the pavement.
Because she could see that the crowd of fans hadn''t gone anywhere.
With Julius pulling a stunt like this, she was probably about to be his rumored girlfriend, instantly earning herself a spot as public enemy number one.
Julius was seriously at the top of his game these days, like, full-on superstar status.
He''d just been on some reality show not long ago, and had somehow blown up on social media because his fortune-telling skills turned out to be freakishly urate. No one saw iting, but now he was everywhere.
But honestly? Calliope was actually kind of happy for him.
Julius really did have a knack for that mystical stuff. He could read people like an open book, and he was almost always spot-on.
As Julius held her in his arms, a wave of shocked squeals erupted from the fans nearby.
"Who is that girl?!"
"Who''s Julius hugging? Wait, is that his girlfriend?!"
"Oh my god, he just said she''s family. Does he mean fiancée?!"
"I''m gonna lose it! Did anyone get a look at her face?"
"Julius has never mentioned dating anyone. Maybe she''s just his sister or something?"
"Yeah, definitely his sister! No way she''s his girlfriend!"
The fans were buzzing, firing questions back and forth, while a few looked ready to rush over and investigate.
But Julius grabbed Calliope''s hand and pulled her along, weaving through the crowd before anyone could catch up.

He ducked into a quiet corner, shrugged on a new jacket, pulled on a ball cap and a face mask, and like that, he could''ve been a totally different guy.
"You actually remembered to change your disguise,” Calliope sighed, exasperated. "Julius, you''re going to get me killed. Your fans are
absolutely savage!" fo
"You''re my sister! Who cares?" Julius grinned. "If you don''t mind I''ll just announce it to the whole world: you''re my favorite sister, my closest family. Nobody''s allowed to mess with you!"
He squeezed her cheeks, totally unfazed. "I missed you so much!"
He ruffled her hair. "Seriously, now that you''ve got a husband, have you forgotten about your brothers?"
"No way! I''m here to pick you guys up, aren''t I?" Calliope replied, smiling. "And the house is all ready. We''ll all stay there together!"
"Your husband''sing too?" Julius raised an eyebrow.
"He should meet you guys, right?" Calliopeughed. "Didn''t you all say you
wanted to size him up? Go for it!"
"He said that himself?" Julius asked.
"Yep. Ss said he''s ready to impress you all."
"Well, I can''t wait to see that!" Julius looked genuinely excited.
"Oh, by the way, what time does Quentin get in?" Calliope asked.
"About half an hour after me. Let''s just hang out here and wait."
"Want something to eat?" Julius gestured toward a food stand. "I could grab you something. Maybe a burger or a hot dog?"
"I''m good. Go get yourself something if you want. I''ll just wait here,” Calliope said, sitting down on a bench.
"Alright, suit yourself." Julius nodded and walked off toward the food stalls.
Calliope pulled out her phone and texted Ss Myers: [Just picked up Julius.]
