Chapter 880

    ?Chapter 880:

With a swift motion, Allison pulled all the blinds down.

Before long, Lena walked in, her steps full of arrogance. “Alice, are you trying to steal something while Mr. Shaw is out?” she asked, not missing a beat. “Why else would you suddenly close the blinds?”

Allison shed a confident smile. “I’m just having some fun, Miss Perkins. Do you need something?” she asked casually.

Lena gave her a look of contempt. “This is ab, not a yground! Be serious,” she snapped.

Allison feigned innocence. “But Verruckt said it was fine. If you don’t believe me, you can ask him.”

“You!” Lena was furious once again.

For a brief moment, she thought about calling Verruckt. But she knew today was different.

She didn’t want to bother him over something so trivial.

Allison shrugged and lifted the blinds back up.

“Alright, I don’t want to argue. Is this better?” she said.

    gα?ησν????s.?оm takes you away

Lena smirked. “Now that’s more like it!”

With that, she stormed off, her heels clicking sharply on the floor.

Allison watched Lena walk away, lost in thought for a moment.

Then, she silently reached out to Ken.

“Get ready to move the test subject, Lilian, based on the location Amya gave you.”

    “Understood,” Ken answered. “Be careful.”

His voice held a note of trust, knowing that if Allison hadn’t found a way to slip away unnoticed, she wouldn’t have made such a request.

Everything would depend on what happened today.

    Take You Home

Five minutester, Allison headed down to the basement level one, where the cleaning supply room was located. She swapped her regr clothes for a snug,bat-ready outfit and crammed ab coat into her backpack. “Finally, almost time to get off work,” she muttered, exaggerating her words while listening intently for any noises outside.

Her backpack wasn’t just for show. It held the serum and the weapons she had carefully secured earlier.

With everything ready, Allison walked openly back to Verruckt’s office, making no effort to hide herself.

“Looks like Mr. Shaw still isn’t back,” shemented as she pulled the blinds shut again.

Roughly ten minutes passed before Lena barged in once more, her eyes darting around as if she expected to catch Allison red-handed.

“Alice, what are you scheming now?” she demanded.
