    So developers finally understood the mechanics behind I Am MT, but out came Onmyoji. What’s worse was that the two games seemed to have no simrities.


    I Am MT was copping a lot of hatred while making tons of money, with a rtively low score. On the other hand, Onmyoji was still getting hate and making money, but the ratings were really high!


    The designers were trying to figure out how to copy Onmyoji, but it didn’t take long for them to realise they couldn’t.


    Many designers couldn’t understand how Onmyoji got popr in the first ce.

    She interviewed him when I Am MT was released, but she got nothing out of it, and got yed by Chen Mo instead.

    And Han Lu’s article had been beaten like a dead horse again and again, there were many horriblements driving Han Lu mad.


    After Onmyoji became so popr, the Editor in Chief thought it would be a good idea to have Han Lu interview Chen Mo again.


    Han Lu tried really hard to refuse, but the Editor in Chief was determined to have her do it.


    “It’s fine, even if you get nothing out of him. Even if you release an article likest time, it would still bring many clicks to our website. Just try and make it as clickable as possible, alright?”


    Han Lu decided on interviewing Chen Mo once again.


    But this time she decided to expand her range of questions. Instead of focusing on Onmyoji, she could ask questions about Warcraft and Wulin Legend as well. Perhaps he would start making sense if it was thrown a curveball!


    After preparing some statistics and material, Han Lu bore her warriors heart and drove towards Chen Mo’s experience store.

    This Kagura statue was around 1.5 metres, the same height as your average loli. It looked really close to the one in the game and was highly detailed too. It even had her right hand forwards, the same pose as one of the Onmyoji posters.


    There were many smaller figurines behind Kagura. They were all SSR Shikigamis, including Ootengu, Shuten Douji, Ibaraki Douji, and Aoandon, all standing behind a shelf behind Kagura.


    The experience store felt quite spacious before, but it felt incredibly cramped this time around because of the addition of the statue, the shelves, and the many people queueing up.


    But the yers didn’t seem to mind as their focus was on their phones trying to grind resources in game.


    Han Lu was curious, what were they doing?


    She could only see that the yers were waiting patiently in line, and when it was their turn, they would put their hands together then touch Kagura’s right hand, mumbling, “Please give me a Shuten Douji!”


    Han Lu was shocked, “That’s what they are doing?”


    She grabbed one of the yers, asking, “Does that do anything?”


    “Who knows, but I’m here anyways, of course I’m going to pray. I heard it works,” replied the yer.


    Han Lu was shocked, how could the yers be so into this!


    There were new yers visiting the experience store every day ever since Onmyoji gained poprity. Chen Mo thought it wouldn’t be good if the yers travelled all this way just to sit around and do nothing, which was why he ordered the statue and figurines to have something to wish to.


    It actually worked quite well. Many yers drew an SSR after wishing. They even tried to get other yers on the forum to try it out.


    This resulted in many fans from the Imperial Capitaling over, queuing up for a long time just to have a wish.


    Chen Mo also sold a bunch of figurines and made a bunch of money.


    It couldn’t be helped, who knew the unlucky were so desperate to have a change of fate?
