    Manypanies were busy developing a Chinese themed game with the aim for a good cement.


    There were many mobile games, less PC games, and no VR games.


    The main reason being three months was too short of a time frame to develop a VR game. Evenpanies like Emperor Dynasty Entertainment and Zen Entertainment with inside knowledge only had a bit over a month of extra time.


    It was too difficult to develop arge VR game in this time span, one might even say impossible.


    Moreover, the main reason for the games was to please the judges, and there was no reason to spend a lot of money to develop a game just to do that. If neither the judges or yers liked it, it would be doubly bad.


    Therefore, thergerpanies decided to make a PC game whereas smallerpanies nned to make mobile games.


    Manymunities of gamers were discussing the matter after catching wind of the news.


    “Have you heard that the bunch from the Game Committee is nning a Chinese Themed Games Event? They are encouraging designers to make Chinese themed games.”


    “Again? The pile of hot garbage from the Resistance War Games eventst time is still steaming.”


    “Yeah, the games fromst season were utter garbage, it could even be worse than some of the drama series.”


    “Sigh, it’s a political move after all. These games aren’t meant for us, but for the judges.”


    “But the judges have decent taste other than being a bit pretentious.”


    “Yeah, the first three ces do seem to be like that. But you can tell what they were going for, staying close to the theme, high quality game, unique artstyle, innovative gamey, and good story. As long as you adhered to these points you stood a chance at winning.”

    “That’s true, this isn’t his strong point. He’s probably going to fail if he forces himself to join.”


    “But there aren’t other Chinese video game designers that can wow me. Maybe Chen Mo manages to do the theme justice?”


    “I doubt it, there are different specialisations in the artistic world afterall.”


    “To be fair, who thought CHen Mo could make RTS? And didn’t he do exactly that?”


    “Fair point. If he was doing this, there’s probably a demo in his experience store right? I’m heading towards the Imperial Capital anyways.”


    “Wow, you’re really going for this.”


    “It can’t be helped. I’m really interested in this Chinese themed game event. It ends in two weeks, so Chen Mo is probably close to done, I’ll go check it out.”

    There was a girl talking to her phone in the close vicinity of the experience store.


    “I’m here today with another outdoor session that you guys love. Guess where I’m at! That’s right, Thunderbolt Entertainment’s experience store!”


    She then pointed the camera towards the signage of the experience store.


    “I’ve wanted toe here for a long time, it would sad to note visit thepany that made Warcraft. Moreover, they are situated in the Imperial Capital. But I don’t really vibe with RTS games and I’ve been doing a lot of work rted to streaming, which was why I haven’t been here.


    “We’ll check out what the experience store has in store for us, we might even be able to meet Warcraft’s designer Chen Mo.”


    She walked into the experience store as she spoke.


    Her name was Lin Xue, a famous standalone game streamer.


    She was different to other girl streamers, she started from making videos and was highly educated.

    Top performer in liberal arts, got her bachelors in Renmin University, and got her Masters from Beijing University.


    Someone like her should have no problem finding a job that would pay twenty to thirty thousand a month. But because of how popr she got when she was studying, she chose to be a streamer and content creator instead.


    She was doing quite well for herself too.


    The one who said they wanted to visit Chen Mo’s experience store for a Chinese themed game was Lin Xue.


    Lin Xue was shocked to see that many people in the experience store.


    The experience wasn’t’ big and had less than twentyputers and ten massage chairs, but they were basically all full. There were even people chatting on the sofa within the store.


    But she soon realised it was to be expected as Warcraft was amazingly popr in the RTSmunity. It wouldn’t be surprising if yers who lived nearby would visit the experience store daily.


    Luckily Lin Xue chose to visit on a less popr Tuesday afternoon and there were still some seats within the store.


    Lin Xue got to the front desk.


    Su Jinyu said as she was working on the game within the game editor, “Wee, please swipe your ID here.”


    Lin Xue took a nce at Su Jinyu’s screen as she swiped her ID.


    It was the first time she saw someone working at the front desk of an experience store being so busy, having to deal with customers and designing games.


    However, the game on the screen attracted Lin Xue’s attention.


    Su Jinyu was making some changes to the game ording to Zheng Hongxi’s story changes so Lin Xue saw a game that looked cute. From the looks of the characters, clothing, and scenes it seemed like a Wuxia themed game.


    “They are working on a Chinese themed game! But it doesn’t look like a Xianxia theme, but a Wuxia theme!”


    Lin Xue asked, “Is that game avable to y?”


    “Oh, yes. It’s installed on theputers in the experience store. But the game isn’tplete, so the game might be a bit unbnced,” replied Su Jinyu.


    Lin Xue nodded, “Alright.”


    Lin Xue quickly sat down at the only remaining PC.


    The chat was going wild on her phone.


    “Hot girl! Hot front desk girl!”


    “The girl working at the front desk is so quiet! Could you ask for her number?”


    “Xue, could you show us the girl from the front desk again?”


    Lin Xue was speechless, “You guys!”
