He had spent decades of effort building this Sacred Mountain with his own hands.''
Reviving the Ghost n Sacred Paragon was also a major part of the Celestial Pce''s n. Now Jared had destroyed all of it. How could he not burn over this? How could he not hate Jared to the bone?
The instant thest word left his mouth, he threw up a hand. Celestial energy rushed into his palm and gathered fast, swelling into a huge handprint. It carried endless force, along with a thick, dreadful pressure, and mmed straight at Jared.
He didn''t hold back at all. He poured his full strength into it, aiming to kill Jared in one strike, to avenge the dead Celestial Pce disciples and the ruined Sacred Mountain.
Jared looked at him, and a trace of mockery flickered through his eyes. The corner of his mouth lifted into a cold, dismissive smile.
"Looking to die?"
He repeated those two words lightly. The contempt in his voice came through in as day, like he was looking at nothing more than a clown putting on a show.
By now, Jared didn''t even put a True Immortal Realm Level One in his eyes. He was already at the Top Level High Immortal Realm Level Three, and he carried all kinds of cultivation arts and power within him.
So what if the other side was a True Immortal?
As long as it wasn''t a True Immortal Realm, Second Order, Jared had nothing to fear.
Then he raised his hand and struck out with a palm of his own. Golden immortal light gathered in his palm at once, condensing into a golden handprint.
Inside that handprint was endless power, along with a dense purifying force. It drove forward and met the True Immortal Realm expert''s attack head-on.
Jared didn''t use his full strength. He didn''t even use ny percent. In his eyes, a True Immortal Realm Level One like this wasn''t worth him going all out.
Bang!
The two palms collided, and a heavy boom rolled out. Handprint crashed against handprint, each grinding against the other with raw force.
The True Immortal Realm expert''s handprint started cracking under the pressure of Jared''s golden palm. Bit by bit, it broke apart, turned into specks of light, and vanished into the air.
Right after that, a terrifying force burst out from Jared''s palm. It followed the handprint through and mmed directly into the True Immortal Realm expert''s body.
The True Immortal Realm expert''s face changed on the spot. Disbelief flooded his eyes. He could feel an irresistible force pour into him in an instant, tearing through his meridians and devouring his celestial energy.
Crack!
A sharp sound of bone splitting rang out. The man''s arm exploded on the spot, blood spraying out and sttering across the altar with a sizzling sound.
His body flew backward like a kite with its string cut. He smashed hard into the mountainside with a dull boom, sting a huge crater into the rock as broken stones rained down without stopping.
He struggled to get up, only to find that his meridians had already beenpletely destroyed by that overwhelming force. The celestial energy in his whole body was spilling away fast. A mouthful of blood burst from him, his face drained white, and the look in his eyes shook apart.
"You... who are you? How... how can you be this strong?!"
"You''re nothing but a tiny High Immortal Realm Level Three cultivator..."
"Could it be... you''re that Jared?"
Jared''s name was already known throughout the entire Celestial Pce.
"You guessed right. Too bad there''s no reward." Jared gave a faint smile. The True Immortal Realm expert stared at Jared in shock. His body trembled slightly, and his eyes were filled with confusion and dread.
He was a True Immortal Realm Level One expert. Even in the Fourteenth Firmament, that put him among the top powers. But in front of Jared, he had been this fragile. One move. That was all it took for Jared to cripple his arm and destroy his meridians.
A High Immortal Realm Level Three with power like this was barely human.
"Are you really carrying the Golden Dragon''s True Form?" the True Immortal Realm expert asked, unable to let it go.
Jared was this monstrous. Could it really all be because of the Golden Dragon''s True Form?
Jared didn''t answer his question, and he didn''t give him another chance either.
He only lifted his hand slowly and tapped a finger out. A streak of golden light shot from his fingertip in an instant. It moved so fast it nearly broke past the limits of space and pierced straight through the True Immortal Realm expert''s forehead.
"Thud..."
The True Immortal Realm expert''s body went limp and copsed to the ground. His breath was gone for good. His eyes stayed wide open, refusing to close even in death.
Up until the moment he died, he still couldn''t believe that a cultivator who looked this young had killed him so easily.
The remaining Celestial Pce experts fell intoplete despair. One after another, their faces turned paper-white, their bodies shaking on their own, terror filling their eyes.
Even a True Immortal Realm Level One had been cut down with a casual move. Against Jared, people at the High Immortal Realm like them were even less than nothing. They didn''t have the slightest room to fight back.
"Run! Get out of here!"
Nobody knew who shouted it first, but the remaining Celestial Pce experts snapped awake at once. They turned and ran without a second thought. The killing intent and swagger from before had vanished clean away. All they wanted was to get out alive as fast as possible.
They knew it clearly. If they stayed, they would only die. Running was the only slim chance they had left.
Jared didn''t chase them.
He only stood there with his hands behind his back, quietly watching those fleeing figures. His eyes didn''t move at all. He had no intention of hunting them down, and he didn''t care whether they lived or died.
To him, they were nothing but clowns. Killing them or not made no difference. Even if they escaped, they couldn''t stir up anything serious. Besides, he had something more important to do. He wasn''t going to waste time on them.
"Let''s go."
He spoke in the same t tone as before, like the earthshaking ughter that had just happened was nothing worth mentioning.
Luther and Grace looked at each other. The respect in their eyes had grown even heavier.
They had followed Jared all this way. They had seen him kill one powerful enemy after another. They had seen him destroy a Celestial Pce Branch. But even this time, they were still stunned by how strong he was.
With a casual move, he had wiped
out hundreds of immortal-realm
cultivators. With another casual
strike, he had killed a True Immortal
Realm expert. That kind of strength was impossible to see through, so far beyond reach it left people choking on the distance.

shook violently and slowly began to copse. The altar crumbledpletely into ruins. Thousands of Celestial Pce soldiersy scattered every which way in pools of blood, and the blood dyed the entire summit of Sacred Mountain red, filling the air with a thick, choking stench.
The Sacred Mountain of the Celestial Pce had once stood in iron discipline and crushing authority.''
Now nothing was left but scorched earth and ruins, as if the wreckage itself was still crying out against its destruction and despair.
